When I attempted to follow-up to discuss details, they ignored multiple emails and calls from me, sending me into a time-intense scramble to find alternate vineyards, vastly accelerating our stress right before our wedding. Instead of apologizing and offering to rectify the situation, the owner called my comments misdirected, and claimed that he personally responded to all of my emails and received no phone calls from me. When I provided evidence with exact dates to the contrary, he ignored me again. This is the first time in my entire life as a consumer that I've felt disrespected enough to post an online review. Do not reward a business with awful customer service, particularly when there are lots of friendly, high quality owners of other vineyards ready to provide you with the experience you deserve for spending your hard-earned money.
